Privacy policy

Last updated September 1, 2026. Have counsel rewrite this against your actual stack before launch.

This site may collect names, contact data, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, citizenship status, complete criminal histories, court records, mental-health and military records, employment history, and character-reference identities. That is among the most sensitive personal data a civilian service can hold.

Drafts on this device

The intake wizard stores a working draft in your browser’s local storage so you can leave and return. That draft never leaves your device until you download the packet or submit it to the operator’s designated intake address. Clearing site data deletes the draft.

When you send a packet

Submitted files should travel only over HTTPS to an access-controlled inbox or case-management system. Retain them only as long as the matter requires, then delete or lock them under your written retention schedule. Do not use consumer Gmail as the long-term home for judgments and rap sheets.

What we do not do

We do not sell intake data. We do not use it to train public models. We do not publish client names unless a client asks us to, except that a DOJ grant of relief is a public Federal Register event outside our control.

Legal process

We will produce records when a lawful warrant, subpoena, or similar process requires it. If you are a lawyer, apply attorney-client and work-product rules as they actually exist in your jurisdiction — they do not attach automatically to a web form.
